Twenty One (21) East. containing by estimation Two Lots acres of land,
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements, hered-
itaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise
appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto himself the
said J.C. Weimer, Jr. and to his heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And they the said L.E.
Story and Eva May Story do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Charles A. Valentynovicz that they lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that they have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is
free from all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that they
will and their heirs, executors, and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said Charles A.
Valentynovicz and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever, now claiming, or hereafter to claim the same.
In Witness Whereof, we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our seals on this 8th day of May AD 1914.

I hereby Certify on this 11th day of May AD 1914, before me
personally appeared Mrs Eva May Story wife of L.E. Story
the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who, being first duly
questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her
said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did
sign the said Deed of Conveyance for the purpose of releasing,
relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to
the land in said Deed described, and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely
and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension
or fear of, or from her said husband.
