paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following
described lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land, situated and being
in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit: Commence at N.W... of Block 189 in
Gibbs Addition to the town of High Springs, Thence South East 150
feet to beginning of land herein described Thence S.W. perpindicular
to N. 1st St. Thence N.W. to beginning. To have and to hold
the above described premises, to gether with all and singular the
tenements, the hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong-
ing or in any wise appertaining, unto him the said party of the
second part, heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of
the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all per-
sons whomsoever.

Before me personally appeared John Wade and Carrie Wade his
wife, to me well known as the persons described in and who ex-
ecuted the above and foregoing deed of Conveyance and each
severally acknowledged the execution of said deed for the uses
and purposes therein set forth and contained. And the said Mrs
Carrie Wade the wife of the said John Wade upon an examination
taken and made by me separately and apart from her said
husband, did acknowledge before me that she made herself a
party to said deed and executed the same freely and volun-
tarily and without compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.
