         To             }    Warranty Deed.
Emily H. Beavers        }
This indenture, made this 11 day of May 1914, between James
W. Acosta and Lena Acosta of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida parties of the first part and Emily H. Beavers of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida party of the sec-
ond part, Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One hundred twenty five & no/100 dollars,
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to the said party of the second part, her heirs and
assigns forever, the following described lots, pieces, parcels or
tract of land, situated and being in Alachua County, Florida,
to-wit: Lot Number Six (6) of W.L. Hills subdivision of the East
Half of Block Number Six of Brown's Addition to Gainesville
Florida per plat recorded. To have and to hold the above
described premises, together with all and singular the tenements,
the hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in any wise appertaining, unto her the said party of the sec-
ond part, heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of
the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.

Before me personally appeared James W. Acosta and Lena Acosta
his wife, to me well known as the persons described in and who ex-
ecuted the above and foregoing deed of conveyance and each
severally acknowledged the execution of said deed for the uses
and purposes therein set forth and contained. And the said Mrs
Lena Acosta the wife of the said James W. Acosta upon an
examination taken and made by me separately and apart from
