This Indenture, made this 13th  10th day of March AD 1914,
between Mabel Sanchez of Gainesville of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the first part, and J.A. Phifer of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the second
part. Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge,
have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents do re-
mise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part,
and his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said party of the first part have in and
to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, to wit: Com-
mencing at the South West corner of Block Eleven (11) of Browns
Addition to Gainesville, Fla., and run East along the North side
of West Court Street one hundred feet to point of beginning, Thence
