On this 22nd day of April, AD 1914, before me, Sue B.
Fritz, a Notary Public in and for said County and State
came the above named Noah F. Clark and acknowledged
the foregoing Indenture to be his act and deed, and deemed
the same to be recorded as such.
And the said Rebecca Clark being of full age, and by me
examined separate and apart from her said husband, and the
contents of the said Indenture being by me first made fully
known to her declared that she did voluntarily of her own free
free will and accord, sign and seal, and as her act and deed,
deliver the same without any coercion or compulsion of her said
husband.
Witness my hand and notarial seal, the day and year aforesaid.

(Seal) I, William H. Coleman, Clerk of the Court of Quarter Sessions
in and for the County of Allegheny, in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, the same being a Court of Law and Record, do by
these presents certify that Sue B. Fritz before whom the foregoing
acknowledgment was taken, and who has hereunto, in her own proper
handwriting, subscribed her name, was at that time and is a Notary
Public in and for said County of Allegheny duly commissioned and
sworn, and authorized by law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
to take affidavits and acknowledgments of deeds for lands and real
estate in said Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and to all whose acts
as such due faith and credit area, and of right right to be, given
throughout the United States and elsewhere. And further, that I am
acquainted with her handwriting and verily believe the signature
thereto to be her genuine signature. I further certify that the fore-
going acknowledgment was taken in accordance with the law of
the State of Pennsylvania.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the seal of the Court, at Pittsburgh, this 22nd day of April AD 1914.
