act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mention-
ed; and the said L.L. Pervis the wife of the said
J.A. Pervis on a separate and private examination ta-
ken and made by and before me, and separately and
apart from her said husband, did acknowledge that
she made herself a party of the said Deed of Convey
ance, for the purpose of renouncing, relinquishing and
conveying all her right, title and interest, whether of
dower or of separate property, statutory or equitable,
in and to the lands therein described and that she
executed said deed freely and voluntarily and without
any constraint, fear, apprehension or compulsion of
or from her said husband. Witness my signature and
official seal at Waldo in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida the day and year last afore-
said.

This Indenture, Made and entered into on this the 16th day
of May, AD 1914, by and between W.W. Hampton, Jr., as
Special Master in Chancery, party of the first part, and E.L.
Harris, of the County of Marion, State of Florida, party of the
second part, Witnesseth:- Whereas, under and by virtue of a Final
Decree of Foreclosure made and rendered by the Honorable
J.T. Wells, Judge of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial
Circuit of the State of Florida, in and for Alachua County, in
a certain cause wherein E.L. Harris, joined by her husband
C.O. Harris, were complainants, and James Nelson and Janie
Nelson, his wife, were defendants, said decree dated the 31st
day of March AD 1914, I, W.W. Hampton, Jr. the Special
