Know all men by these presents: That I H.A. Williams Widower of the
County of Alachua State of Florida held and firmly bound unto A.C.
Whittaker of the County of Alachua State of Florida, in the sum of
Seven hundred dollars, for the payment whereof well and truly to be
made I bind myself my heirs, executors and administrators do firmly
by these presents, Signed and sealed this 16 day of September, AD 1913.
The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the said
H.A. Williams has this day bargained and sold to the said A.C.
Whittaker the following described property, lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida: Commencing
at the S.W. corner of the NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 Sec. 23 8 21 East
& running North 100 feet thence running East 200 feet thence run-
ning South 100 feet thence West 200 feet to place of beginning
containing 1/2 acre more or less. And in consideration thereof,
the said A.C. Whittaker has executed 1 certain promissory
note of even date herewith, pay able $ 50.00 every 3 months
with 10% interest on the whole note now, if the said A.C.
Whittaker shall well and truly pay the said promissory
note, with interest as state therein, and shall pay all
taxes and insurance upon the within - described property,
into the possession of which from the date hereof, it is here-
by agree he shall enter and continue, then the said H.A.
Williams shall execute a deed in fee simple to the said
A.C. Whittaker for the aforesaid property. When this obligation
is to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.

Before me, T.B. Tillis a Justice of the Peace in and for said
County, personally came H.A. Williams and acknowledged that
he executed the foregoing instrument for the purposes therein
expressed.
