 -   County.          } Know all men by these presents,
That we, H.E. Snyder and Laura E. Snyder, his wife, and
Margaret Cassingham and E.W. Cassingham, her husband, said
parties being the only heirs at law of Chester K. Snyder, deceas-
ed, of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration
of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable considerations
to us in hand paid by Frank D. Irwin of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowl-
edge, have granted, bargained; sold and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said
Frank D. Irwin, all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel
of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida, particularly known and described as follows,
to-wit: Lot Fifteen (15) Fairbank, Section Twelve (12), Town-
ship Nine (9), Range Twenty, (20), as per plat of same on rec-
ord in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for Alachua County, Florida, in Deed Book "8", on pages 46
and 47, said lot being two hundred fourteen (214) feet North
and South, by one hundred eighty-four (184) feet East and West
containing by estimation - acres of land, more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining: To have
and to hold the same unto him the said Frank D. Irwin,
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee
simple absolute. And we the said above mentioned grantors do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Frank D.
Irwin, that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property here-
in and hereby conveyed, and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free
from all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that
