Alachua County       }  Know all men by these presents.
That The W.R. Thomas Real Estate Company, a corporation under
the laws of Florida; of the aforesaid County and State, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars, to it in hand paid by George T. Esta-
brook, of the County of Alachua, in the State of Florida, the receipt
whereof it does hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargain, sell and con-
vey unto him, the said George T. Estabrook, all that certain lot,
piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the
County of Alachua, State of Florida; particularly known and de-
scribed as follows, to-wit: Lot Five (5) and Six (6) of Block
Four (4) of W.R. Thomas Real Estate Company's Sub-division in
the South half of Section Five (5) Township 10 South Range 20
East, known as University Place containing by estimation-acres
of land, more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in
anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto
him, the said George T. Estabrook, and to his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And it the
said W.R. Thomas Real Estate Company do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said George T.E. Estabrook, that
it is lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed, and that it has good and lawful right to sell and
convey the same; that the same is free from all incumbranc-
es of any kind whatsoever, and that it will and its success-
ors and assigns shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him, the said George T. Estabrook, and to his
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, against the law-
ful claim and demands of any and all persons whomsoever,
now claiming, or hereafter to claim the same.
In Witness Whereof, it has hereunto set its hand and affixed
its seal on this 18th day of May AD 1914.
