Duval County      } I, an Officer authorized to administer
oaths and take acknowledgments of deeds in and for the
State of Florida; do hereby certify that on this 18th day of
May, AD 1914, personally came E.G. Rogers, President of
the W.R. Thomas Real Estate Company, the corporation
described in the foregoing deed, and who is personally well
known to me, who did acknowledge and say that she is 
and at the time of the execution of said instrument was
the President, and that M.M. Parrish is and then was the
Secretary of the said company; that she knows the Corporate
seal of said company, and the seal affixed to the foregoing
instrument as such is said Corporate seal; that the said seal
was so affixed by order of the company, and that she
as President aforesaid, signed, and the said M.M. Parrish,
as Secretary. Attested the said instrument by like authority,
and the said E.G. Rogers, President as aforesaid, acknowl-
edged the execution of said instrument as the act and deed
of the said company, for the uses and purposes therein expressed.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name
and affixed my official seal this 18th day of May AD
