appeared William P. Van Ness, Surviving Executor of the last
Will and Testament of Julia A. Van Ness, deceased, well known
to me, and who executed the foregoing Deed, and in due form
of law acknowledged the said deed to be his act and deed.

That I, Margaret Frasier, (Widow), of the aforesaid Co-
unty and State, for and in consideration of the sum
of One ($1.00) Dollar, and in further consideration
of the agreement made and entered into by jack
Trapp of Alachua County, State of Florida, that the
said Jack Trapp will take care of and support the
said Margaret Frasier during the full term and period
of her natural life supplying her with the
necessaries of life, including food, clothing and
shelter for the said Margaret Frasier, I do hereby
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him, the
said Jack Trapp, all that certain lot, piece, tract
or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, par-
ticularly known and described as follows, to
wit: The North half of that certain lot descri
bed as follows to-wit: Commencing two hundred
ten (210) feet south of the north-west corner of
Lot No. twenty-one (21) or lot heretofore conveyed
