This indenture, made this 11th day of June 1914, between
J. Bloxham Dell & his wife Bessie Dell of the Coun-
ty of Alachua in the State of Florida parties of the
first part and Henry N. Le Roy of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida party of the sec-
ond part, Witnesseth: That the said parties of
the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten (& other valuable consideration) to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, has gra-
