dower, reversion, remainder and easement thereto
belonging or in any wise appertaining, otherwise,
immediately and subsequently to the date of ex-
piration of the Maintenance Bond aforesaid, the
title, both legal and equitable, and all members
and improvement thereon, shall vest in Equitable
Surety Company of St. Louis, Missouri, their suc-
cessors and assigns, absolutely, uncondition
ally and in fee simple forever. In Witness Whereof,
