and F.A. Fergerson of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida party of the second part. 
Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Five dollars, to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever, the following
described lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land,
situated and being in Alachua County, Florida,
to-wit: E1/2 of N.E.4, S.W.4 of N.E.4 and S.E.4 of N.W.4 of
Section 8 in Tp. 9 S of Range 18 East. To have and
to hold the above described premises, together
with all and singular tenements, the heredita
ments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining, unto him the
said party of the second part, heirs and
assigns forever. And the said parties of the
first part do hereby freely warrant the title to
said land, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
