acknowledge that she made herself a party to said deed
for the purpose of renouncing, relinquishing and convey-
ing all her right, title and interest, whether of dower, home-
stead or of separate property, statutory or equitable, in and
to the lands described therein, and that she executed the
said deed freely and voluntarily and without any com-
pulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband.

This Indenture made the 6th day of July, AD 1914 be-
tween George Mason, Special Master in Chancery of the Circuit
Court, Eighth Judicial Circuit in and for Alachua County, Flor-
ida, in a certain cause in which J.L. Slocum was complain-
ant and William Thomas was defendant, Party of the First
Part, and J.L. Slocum, Party of the Second Part.
Whereas, in a certain cause depending in the said Court, in
which J.L. Slocum is complainant, and William Thomas is
defendant, it was in a decree of the said Court entered in
the said cause on the 30th day of May, AD 1914, among
other things ordered, adjudged and decreed that all and
singular the premises mentioned and described in the bill
of complaint, and in said decree in the said cause, and
hereinafter described, be sold at public auction, to satisfy
the amount decreed in said decree to be sue to the plain-
tiff by the defendant, together with interest and the cost in
the said cause; and that said sale be made by E.C.F.
