Master to sell and convey the same at the Court house door,
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, during the
legal hours of sale, by publication in a newspaper published in
said County, once a week for four consecutive weeks, beginning
not less than twenty-eight days from the date of sale, and that
the said Special Master, on such sale being made, execute a
deed to each purchaser or purchasers, and that the complainant
may become the purchaser of said property at said sale.
And Whereas, in accordance with the said decree of the said
Court, the said E.C.F. Sanchez caused notice to be published
for four weeks in the Gainesville Daily Sun, a news-paper pub-
lished in Alachua County, Florida, on the 6th, 13th, 20th, and
27th of June, and on the 4th day of July AD 1914, that he
would offer the hereinafter described premises for sale at pub-
lic auction for cash, in pursuance of said decree, as appears
by a proven copy of said advertisement of said notice, attached
to the report of said sale, and made a part thereof. And where-
as one other certain decree in said cause, bearing date of the
29th day of June, AD 1914, removed as said special master
the said E.C.F. Sanchez, and appointed in his heir and stead,
George Mason as such special master, to do and perform all
things in said former decree decree to be done and perform-
ed by the said E.C.F. Sanchez, including a sale of the
land in said former decree and therein and thereby direct-
ing to make sale of said land on July 6th, AD 1914, and
to make and execute deed therefor, which corresponds
with said former decree and also which corresponds with
a certain notice in said cause, published and being pub-
lished in the Gainesville Daily Sun, a newspaper publish-
ed in Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, which said
Notice was signed E.C.F. Sanchez, Special Master. And Where-
as, at the hour, day and place fixed and mentioned in
the said advertisement, to-wit, at the hour of eleven O'Clock
in the forenoon of the 6th day of July, AD 1914, at the
front door of the Court House, County of Alachua and State
of Florida, the place designated in said decree, the said
George Mason, as such Special Master in Chancery, did
offer for sale the premises in the said advertisement,
which the said advertisement and decree mentioned,
and hereinafter described, and the same were sold and
