Acknowledgment, George Mason, personally appeared Special Mast-
er in Chancery in the Circuit Court eighth Judicial Circuit, in
and for Alachua County, Florida, in the cause of J.L. Slocum
vs. William Thomas, and to me known to be such Special Master,
Who acknowledged before me that as such Special Master he execut-
ed the foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses and purposes
therein expressed.

This indenture, made this 5th day of November 1913, between
F.G. Ferguson & Wife Hattie Ferguson of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida partys of the first part and Susie Fer-
guson of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida party
of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of Five dollars, to
her in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargain-
ed and sold to the said party of the second part, her heirs
and assigns forever, the following described lots, pieces, parcels
or tract of land, situated and being in Alachua County, Flor-
ida, to-wit: North half of lot 5 of the Elvin Ferguson land
as per Map of Sec. 8 Tp. 9 S. of Range 18 East made by J.W.
Patton Co. Surveyor on Nov. 5th 1913 or North half of North
