To have and to hold the above described premises, together with
all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and appurten-
ances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining, un-
to her the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns for-
ever, and the said parties of the first part do hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

Before me personally appeared F.G. Ferguson and Hattie Fer-
guson his wife, to me well known as the persons described
in and who executed the above and foregoing deed of con-
veyance and each severally acknowledged the execution of
said deed for the uses and purposes therein set forth and
contained, and the said Mrs Hattie Ferugson the wife of the
said F.G. Ferguson upon an examination taken and made
by me separately and apart from her said husband, did ack-
nowledge before me that she made herself a party to said
deed and executed the same freely and voluntarily and
without compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband.
