This Indenture, Made this 14th day of July AD 1914, be-
tween Annie L. Da Costa and A.J. Da Costa of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and E.C. Bailey of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the second
part. Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable considera-
tions, in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released and quit-
claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said, party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
said parties of the first part have in and to the following de-
scribed lot, piece; or parcel of land, to wit: in Alachua County
Florida Lots Seven (7) Ten (10) and Eleven (11) of Da Costa sub
division and Replat of a parallelogram tract of land, meas-
uring 340 feet from North to South and 200 feet from East
to West at the S.W. intersection corner of Virginia Avenue
and Michigan Avenue Gainesville, Florida; In S1/2 of Sect-
ion 32 Township 9 South Range 20 East.
To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and singu-
lar the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise there-
unto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and
claim whatever of the said parties of the first part, either in
law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and
year first above written.
