to be the persons described in, and who executed the foregoing
instrument, and severally acknowledged the execution thereof
to be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned; and the said Anne L. Da Costa, the wife of the said
A.J. Da Costa, on and examination taken and made separately
and part from her said husband, did acknowledge that she made
herself a party to said deed for the purpose of renouncing and
relinquishing her separate estate in and to the lands, tenements and
hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and released,
and that she executed said deed freely and without any com-
pulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

Mrs. M.R. Campbell     }
This Indenture, Made this 14th day of July AD 1914,
between Annie L. Da Costa and A.J. Da Costa of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and
Mrs. M.R. Campbell of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, parties of the second part. Witnesseth, That the said
parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of One dollar and other valuable considerations, in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledge, have remised, released and quit-claimed, and
by these presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
party of the second part, and her heirs and assigns forever,
all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
parties of the first part have in and to the following described
lot, piece of parcel of land, to-wit: in Alachua County Florida
Lots Four (4) Five (5) and Eight (8) of Da Costa's subdivision
of a paralelogram tract of land measuring 340 feet from North
to South and 200 feet from East to West at the S.W. in-
tersection corner of Virginia Avenue and Michigan Avenue
