20 East. To Have And To Hold the same, together with all
and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
wise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, inter-
est and claim whatever of the said parties of the first part, either
in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.

I Hereby Certify, That on this 14th day July, 1914, before me,
J.W. Patton, a Notary Public personally appeared A.J. Da Costa
and Annie L. Da Costa, his wife, to me known to be the persons
described in, and who executed the foregoing instrument, and
severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act
and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and
the said Annie L. Da Costa, the wife of the said A.J. Da Costa
on and examination taken and made separately and part
from her said husband, did acknowledge that she made her-
self a party to said deed for the purpose of renouncing and
relinquishing her separate estate in and to the lands, tenements
and hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and
released, and that she executed said deed freely and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband.
