the Alachua County Colonization Company, a Corporation org-
anized under the Laws of the State of Virginia, party of
the first part, and the New York & Florida Lumber Company,
a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
State of New York, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, for and in consider-
ations of the sum of Ten ($10) dollars and other good and
valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledg-
