half of southwest quarter section seventeen, township nine, range
sixteen:- west half section eighteen, township nine, range sixteen:-
west half section thirteen, township nine, range fifteen:- All of
section fourteen except the northeast quarter of the southeast
quarter, township nine, range fifteen:- All of section fifteen, town-
ship nine, range fifteen:- south-west quarter and east half of
northwest quarter, section seven, township nine, range sixteen:-
northwest quarter of southwest quarter and southwest quarter of
northwest quarter section thirty, township eight, south of range
sixteen east.
Excepting and reserving the road bed of the Atlantic Coast Line
Railroad Company and also all those certain lots pieces or
parcels of land described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of section one in township
ten, south, of range fifteen east, and run south along the sect-
ion line, eleven hundred and fifty feet: thence west three thous-
and three hundred and sixty-one (3361) feet: thence north three
thousand two hundred and thirty-six (3236) feet, thence east six-
teen hundred feet (1600), thence south fourteen hundred and seventy-
four feet (1474) to the northern boundary of the right of way
of the Atlantic Coast line R.R. Co. thence eastwardly along the
northern boundary of said right of way to the section line
between section thirty-six township nine, range fifteen, and
section thirty-one, township nine, range sixteen, thence south along
said section line four hundred and forty-four (444) feet, to
the point of beginning, as shown on a certain map of property
belonging to the Alachua Trading and Improvement Company,
recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit court in and
for Alachua County, Florida.
Excepting, however, and conveying hereby all of lot number four
of block thirteen and all of block numbered seventeen, as shown
by said map or plat, and also the road bed and right of way
of the line of railway crossing said land, formerly owned
by the Tyler Lumber Co.
The land and premises hereinabove described being the same
premises heretofore conveyed by the party of the second part
