to the party of the first part by deed bearing date the 29th day
of April, 1912, and filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, of the County of Alachua, State of Florida, on the 2nd
day of May, AD 1912, and recorded in Book of Deeds 87 on page
181 on the 2nd day of May, 1912.
Excepting and reserving from the lands and premises above
described the following described lands situated in the County
of Alachua, State of Florida, to wit:
Plats of tracts number 6,12,21,28,36,37,39,40,41,42,44,45,
46,51,52,53,54,55,56,57,58,59,60,61,62,65,66,67,68,69,71,72,73,
74,76,77,82,85,89,90,91,92,95,96,97,103,104,112,113,117,124 and
127, of Section 6, in Township 10S Range 16E., according to the
Plat of the Alachua County Colonization Companys Subdivision of
said Section 6, in Township 10S. Range 16 E., about to be filed in
the Clerk's office aforesaid.
This Conveyance, however, being made subject to all mineral rights
and reservations on said lands; also subject to all turpentine and
timber rights and leases; also subject to certain timber contracts
between the New York & Florida Lumber Co. and M.V. & J.H. Gress
and contracts modifying the same, also subject to a certain
mortgage now a lien thereon, held by the Knicker bocker
Trust Company of the City of New York, as Trustee, also sub-
ject to all taxes, assessments or other municipal liens.
In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part hath caused
these presents to be executed by its President and its Corpor-
ate seal to be hereupon impressed, an the same attested by
its Asst. Secretary the day and year first above written.
