she made herself a party to said deed for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing her dower, or right of
dower, in and to the lands, tenements and hereditaments
therein described and thereby granted and released, and
that she executed said deed freely and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or

This indenture, made this 22nd day of July 1914, between Mrs
Fannie A. Dell, Widow, of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida party of the first part and J.B. Dell, Jr. Eliza Le
Roy, Allie Lartigue, Bessie Cloud and Geo. Dell of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida parties of the second part,
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Two thousand dollars, to her in hand
paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the fol-
lowing described lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land, situated
and being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
All of my right, title claim, interest and demand, at law or in equity,
in and to the North West Quarter of Lot 1 Block 4 Range 3 according
to Original Survey of Gainesville & upon which is located Brick
Store now occupied by J.B. Mc Creary Co. Also Lots 1 and 2 Block
3 Range 4 of Roper's Addition to Gainesville, except a certain
part of said property heretofore sold & conveyed by the grantor
& her husband Jno. B. Dell to Ruby K. Dell and children
of Chas M. Dell
To have and to hold the above described premises, together
with all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise apper-
taining, unto them the said parties of the second part, heirs
