   This Indenture made this 18th day of September AD 1911
Between James Wolf and Wife Carrie Wolf of the County of Levy
and State of Florida parties of the first part and G.L. Meeks of the
County of Levy and State of Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred Seventy five Dollars
to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath bargained sold and transferred and by these presents doth
bargain sell and transfer unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs and assigns forever all that certain parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
more particularly described as follows Lot number (12) of Henry S.
Jackson sub-division of the North half of Block number two (2)
