C.E. Whiting, as Guardian of the estate of Ralph W. Whiting,
a minor party of the first part, and Mrs. Kate Martin, of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth: That the said C.E. Whiting, Guardian as aforesaid
having on the 6th day of May, AD 1912, by petition applied to
the Judge of the County Court in and for Alachua County, Flori-
da, for authority to sell certain real estate, the property of said
minor, lying and being in said County of Alachua, and more
particularly hereinafter described; and the prayer in said
petition having appeared to said Judge to be reasonable and
just and to the best interest of said minor, and the court being
satisfied of the expediency of such sale, having made an order
dated the 6th day of May, AD 1912, directing the said Guardian
to sell the said real estate at private sale; and thereupon the said
Guardian having contracted to sell the said real estate to the
said party of the second part for the sum of One Hundred & no/100
Dollars, to be paid as follows: -Cash- And the said Guardian
having reported said contract to the court, and the court being
fully advised in the premises and satisfied that the price offer-
ed for said real estate was fair and reasonable, and that the
conditions of such sale were such as the interest of said minor
required, having by order dated the 13th day of May, AD 1913,
said Guardian to make deed to said party of the second part
of the real estate hereinafter described upon the terms hereinbefore
set forth now. Therefore, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of One Hundred & no/100 Dollars, lawful money of the United
States of America, to him in hand paid, at and before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, by the party of the
second part, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
party of the first part hereto, as Guardian aforesaid, has granted,
bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed
unto the said party of the second part and to her heirs as-
signs forever, all that certain lot, tract and parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
known and described as follows, to wit: Commence at the S.E. corner
of Block number 4, Range 8, and run west 150 feet, thence run
North 200 feet; then West 50 feet; then South 200 feet; thence
East 50 feet to beginning. Also commence at the South West corner
of Block no. 3 and run East 82 feet; thence North 200 feet; thence
