that they executed, signed, sealed and delivered the fore-
going deed of conveyance for the uses and purposes
therein contained and expressed.

Fortune Sturks Jr. }
This indenture Made this 25th day of July AD 1914, be-
tween March Sturks, as Executor of the Last Will and Test-
ament of Fortune Sturks, deceased, of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the first part, and Fortune
Sturks Jr. of the County of Alachua State of Florida, party
of the second part. Witnesseth:  That said party of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, in
hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part
hereto, as Executor aforesaid, has granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain lot, tract and parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, known and described as follows to wit: Lot Number
One of the subdivision of Fortune Sturks land, being a sub-
division of and party of the West Half of the South East Quart-
er of the South East Quarter of Section Ten Township Ten,
Range Nineteen East. Containing by estimation Four acres
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining. To Have And To Hold the same, the
above described and hereby granted premises, with the appur-
