Alachua County.       }
Know All Men by these presents: That J.H. Colson and his
Wife, Eloise Colson, of the County of Alachua State of Florida
held and firmly bound unto P.O. Wiggins of the County of
Alachua State of Florida, in the sum of Six hundred Dollars,
for the payment whereof well and truly to be made we bind
ourselves our heirs, executors and administrators and assigns
firmly by these presents. Signed and sealed this 29th day of
April, AD 1912. The condition of the above obligation is such
that whereas the said J.H. Colson has this day bargained
and sold to the said P.O. Wiggins the following described
property, lying, and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida: Beginning at the S.W. corner of Section
one, township ten, range twenty, East, and running due
East 1/3 of a mile or 1760 feet, thence North 1,002:27 feet,
thence due West 1760 feet to the West line of said section,
thence South 1002:27 feet to beginning point. And in con-
sideration thereof, the said P.O. Wiggins has executed 4
certain promissory notes of even date herewith, payable one,
two, three and four years after date bearing interest at
the rate of eight per cent per annum, payable annually,
each of said notes being in the sum of $ 100.00 and paya-
ble to J.H. Colson Now, if the said P.O. Wiggins shall
well and truly pay the said promissory note, with in-
terest as stated therein, and shall pay all taxes and ins-
urance upon the within-described property, into the poss-
ession of which from the date hereof, it is hereby agreed
-he- shall enter and continue, then the said J.H. Colson and
Wife, Eloise Colson shall execute a deed in fee simple to
the said P.O. Wiggins for the aforesaid property, when
this obligation is to be void, else to remain in full force
and virtue.
