sonally came J.H. Colson and Eloise Colson and acknowl-
edged that they executed the foregoing instrument for the
purposes therein expressed.

Colson who executed the foregoing Bond for Title, who being
examined separate and apart from her husband, acknowledg-
es that she made herself a party to the foregoing bond for the
purpose of releasing her dower and right of dower in said land
conditioned upon, and for the faithful performance of the Cov-
enants therein made, and the same is done of her own free
will and accord, and without compulsion, constraint, apprehen-
sion or fear of or from her husband.
Acknowledged and subscribed before me this 29th day of
