by acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to
the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever, the following described lots, pieces, parcels or tract
of land, situated and being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot one (1) and North half (N 1/2) of lot four (4) of Patton's
Survey of N 1/2 of Section 8, in Tp. 9 S. of R.18 East or N 3/4
of E 1/2 of NE 4 of NE 4 same section, Tp. & Range.
To have and to hold the above described premises, together with
all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and appurten-
ances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining, unto
him the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns forev-
er. And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully war-
rant the title to said land, and will defend the same a-
gainst the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

Before me personally appeared F.G. Ferguson and Hattie
Ferguson his wife, to me well known as the persons de-
scribed in and who executed the above and foregoing deed
of conveyance and each severally acknowledged the execut-
ion of said deed for the uses and purposes therein set forth
and contained: And the said Mrs Hattie Ferguson the wife
of the said F.G. Ferguson upon an examination taken and
made by me separately and apart from her said husband, did
acknowledge before me that she made herself a party to said
deed and executed the same freely and voluntarily and without
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.
