L'Engle's Addition to the City of Gainesville Alachua County Flori-
da. containing one acres more or less. Together with all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining: To have and to hold the same, the
above-described and hereby granted premises, with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part, and to her heirs and as-
signs, to her own proper use, benefit and behoof forever. And the
said party of the first part doth hereby covenant to and with
the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that
in all things in and about said sale and this conveyance he
hath conformed to the orders of the Court and the Statutes in
such case made and provided.
In Witness Whereof, the said party of the first part has here-
unto set his hand and seal on this the day and year
first above written.

going deed of conveyance, and acknowledge that he executed the
foregoing deed, as Guardian aforesaid, for the purposes therein
expressed.
