of July AD 1914 before me the undersigned Authority
personally appeared J.M. Manning and Armadillo Manning
his wife Known to me to be the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument and
severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their
free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned. And the aid Armadillo Manning the wife of
the said J.M. Manning on an examination taken and
made separately and apart from her husband ack
-nowledged that she made herself a party to the said deed
for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing
her dower and right of dower and Conveying her
separate Estate in and to the lands, tenements and
hereditaments herein described and thereby granted
and released and that she executed said deed
freely and voluntarily and without any Compulsion
Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
