and particularly described as follow to wit: North Half
(N1/2) of the Southeast quarter (SE1/4) and North East quarter
(NE1/4) of South West quarter (SW1/4) of Section Eight (8)
and North West quarter of Southwest quarter SW1/4
of Section Nine (9) in Township Seven (7) South of
Range Fifteen (15) East Containing one hundred
and sixty (160) acres of land more or less. To Have And To Hold
the above granted and described property and every
part and parcel thereof unto the said State Exchange
Bank and its successors and assigns in fee simple
absolute.  In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto
