addition to the town of Gainesville Florida thence West 300 feet to
beginning of the land herein described thence North 100 feet West 50
feet South 100 feet East 50 feet to beginning all in North West Quarter
of Section 5 Tp 10 S of Range 20 East. To have and to hold the
above described premises together with all and singular the tenements
the hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining unto him the said party of the second part
heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first part do
hereby fully warrant the title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever
