8. R. 22 East and containing 20 1/2 acres more or less
And in consideration thereof, the said J.J. Parrish has executed
a certain promissory notes of even date herewith, payable as follows:
No.1 for $ 50.00 due July 1/14 No.2 for $50.00 due Jany 1/15. No.3 for $50.00
due July 1/15 No.$ for $50.00 due Jany 1/16 No.5 for $50.00 due July 1/16
No.6 due Jany 1/17 for $50.00 No.7 for $50.00 due July 1/17 No.8 for $50.00
due Jany 1/18 No.9 for $50.00 due July 1/18 All at 7% our cash pay-
ment of $50.00 due Jany 1,1914.
Now, If The Said J.J. Parrish shall well and truly pay the
said promissory notes, with interest as state therein, and shall
pay all taxes and insurance upon the within-described proper-
ty, into the possession of which, from the date hereof, it is
hereby agreed he shall enter and continue, then the said Pau-
line Von Luttichau Collins, J.S.C. Collins and H.V. Luttichau shall
execute a deed in fee simple to the said J.J. Parrish for the 
aforesaid property, when this obligation is to be void, else to
remain in full force and virtue.
