Alachua County.       } Know All men By These Presents.
That I, David Edelstein, Bachelor, of the aforesaid County and
State, for and in consideration of One hundred Dollars, and other
valuable consideration to me in hand paid by W.F. Cellon of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt Whereof
& do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and con-
veyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto him the said W.F. Cellon all that certain lot, piece,
tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the Coun-
ty of Alachua, State of Florida, particularly known and described
as follows, to wit: Commence at a point Twenty (20) chains North
of South East corner of Section 12, Township 10 S. of Range 19 East,
and run North on the East line of said Section 10 chains: thence
Westerly 10 chains: South 10 chains and East 10 chains to place of
beginning, the same being in SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section
12 of TP 10 S. of Range 19. E except What is owned by S.A.L.
Railroad, and that taken up by a wagon Road - containing 10
acres, more or less. Also: Commencing at a point on East line
of Section 12 of TP 10 S. of Range 19 E. 10 chains north of the
South East corner, and from said initial point run north 10
chains on Section line: thence West 10 chains: thence South 10
chains: thence East 10 chains to point of beginning: containing
10 acres, more or less.
Also commence at the North West corner of last above describ-
ed lot, and run North 10 chains: West 4 chains: South 10
chains and East 4 chains to point of beginning. containing
4 acres, more or less.
All above described tracts aggregating 24 acres of land, more
or less, all lines in said survey running the same variation
as the East and South lines of said Section.
Containing by estimation 24 acres of land, more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
To Have And To Hold the same unto him the said W.T.
Cellon and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
in fee simple absolute And I the said David Edelstein do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said W.F. Cellon
