This Deed, Made the 2nd day of July AD 1914, by J.Y.
George and Eva B. George husband & wife of the County
of Alachua State of Florida hereinafter called the
grantors, to E. Renault of the County of Alachua State
of Florida hereinafter called the grantee, Witness-
eth, That the said grantors, in consideration of
One Dollar, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled-
ged, does give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease enfeoff convey and confirm unto the said gra-
ntee, and his heirs, and assigns, in fee simple the
lands situate in Alachua County, State of Flor-
ida, described as follows: The East half (1/2) of
Lot five (5) in Block Two (2) Known as East Waldo.
To Have And To Hold the same together with the
hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the said gran-
tee, and his heirs and assigns in fee simple. And
the said grantors, for them and their heirs and legal
representatives, covenant with said grantee, his
heirs, legal representatives and assigns: That said
grantors has indefeasibly seized of said land in
fee simple; that said grantors has full power and
lawful right to convey said land in fee simple,
as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for said
