ecuted the said deed as the President of said Company,
and that he personally appeared before me this day and
acknowledged to and before me that he executed the
said deed as the President of said Company and that the
same is the free act and deed of said Company, and that
the corporate seal of said Company was thereupon
impressed by authority of the Board of Directors of said
Company, and that the said execution by him as Pres-
ident, as aforesaid, was for the uses and purposes
therein set forth and expressed. In Witness Whereof, I
have hereunto set my hand and official seal this 1st
day of July, AD 1914.

That We, Oscar H. Thomas and wife Ida May Thomas
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consider-
ations to them in hand paid by Nellie Mc Donald of the
County of Alachua and the State of Florida the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargain-
ed, sold and conveyed, and by these Presents do grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto her the said Nellie Mc
Donald all that certain lot, piece, tract, or parcel
of land situated, lying and being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner
of Block Seven (7) of Range Eight (8) thence to the Eas-
terly Boundary of said Block Northerly One Hundred
and Forty Four (144) Feet to a point, thence on a line
