special master at public auction after giving due and legal
notice of the time and place of sale in a newspaper published
in said Alachua County State of Florida: And whereas the said
W.L. Hill as Special Master in Chancery and party of the
first part in pursuance of said decree, did on the Third Day of
August 1914 sell at public auction at the Court House door of
said Alachua County, after due and legal publication and no-
tice of said sale, the said mortgaged premises in said decree and
notice described and whereas at said sale the said premises
were sold to the said party of the second part for the sum of
Fifty Dollars, Dollars that being the highest and best bid for
the same. Now therefore this indenture witnesseth that the said
W.L. Hill as Special Master in Chancery in order to carry
into effect the said sale and in pursuance of said decree and
of the sum of Fifty Dollars paid at the time of the execution
of this indenture by the said party of the second part to the said
Special Master in Chancery, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns forever the following described premises and land
the same being the mortgaged premises in said decree ment-
ioned: The South East Quarter of the South East Quarter of
Section Two in Township Ten South Range Eighteen east in
Alachua County State of Florida: Together with all and sin-
gular the rights and privileges, hereditaments and appurtenan-
ces to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to
have and to hold the same all the above described premises
hereby conveyed and granted with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever.
