This Agreement, made and entered into this 22nd day of Aug-
ust, 1914, by and between C.W. Mc Donald, of Alachua County,
Florida, and Nellie May Mc Donald, his wife, first parties, and
F.E. Dennis of the same State and County, Second Party. Witness-
eth: That the said first parties, for and in consideration of the
sum of one dollar lawful money, in hand before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents paid by the said second part, the
