Before me personally appeared Wm. Littledale and Mary L. Littledale
his wife, to me well known as the persons described in and who
executed the above and foregoing deed of conveyance and each sev-
erally acknowledged the execution of said deed for the uses and
purposes therein set forth and contained. And the said Mrs. Mary
L. Littledale the wife of the said Wm. Littledale upon an examina-
tion taken and made by me separately and apart from her said
husband, did acknowledge before me that she made herself a
party to said deed and executed the same freely and volun-
tarily and without compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.

tween J.G. Fleming of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, party of the first part, and Henry Dukes of the Coun-
ty of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, the receipt Whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have remised, released and quitclaimed, and by
