This Indenture, Made this 9th day of July 1913, by
and between L.L. Lassiter and Annie Lassiter, his
wife, of the County of Taylor State of Florida,
first parties, to Trustees Methodist Episcopal Church
South of Newberry Fla of Alachua County, Florida,
second party, Witnesseth: That the first parties, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, la-
wful money, and other good and valuable consid-
eration, in hand paid by the second party, at and
before the ensealing and delivery hereof, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, have bargain-
ed, sold, remised, released and quit-claimed, and
by these presents do bargain, sell, remise, release and
quit-claim unto the said second party, all the estate,
right, title, interest, claim and demand of the first
parties in and to the following described land, sit-
uated, lying and being in Alachua County, Florida,
towit: Lot 6, of Block 20, Original Survey of Newberry.
To Have and to Hold the same, with the appurten-
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain
ing, in fee simple, unto the said second party,
his heirs or assigns forever, with all the estate, right,
title, interest claim or demand, either at law or
in equity of the first parties, unto his and their
own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.

set their hands and affixed their seals this the
day and year first above written.
