law may be considered reasonably proper to effectuate the
full intent and meaning of this instrument.
The property intended to be conveyed by this instrument is
the identical property owned by the grantor and located in
the Town of Arredondo in Alachua County, State of Florida,
and which property was deed to the grantor by warranty
deed under date of January 3, 1900, by Lucius H. Packard
and wife, which deed was filed for record on the 17th day
of March AD 1900.
And the said party of the first part, for herself and her heirs,
the above described premises; and every part, and parcel there-
of, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns, against the party of the first part and her heirs,
and against all and every person or persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same, shall and will
warranty, and by these presents forever defend.
This alienation is with the joint consent of husband and
wife, where that relation exists.
In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part has
hereunto set her hand and seal, each in the presence of
two subscribing witnesses.
