Whereas, Lewis C. Smith of Gainesville, Alachua County, Flor-
ida; was adjudicated a Bankrupt on December 14,  1914, in
the United States Court, Northern District of Florida: And Where
as, C.R. Layton, Esq; of Gainesville; Alachua County, Florida,
was duly elected, appointed and qualified as trustee in bank-
ruptcy for said Lewis C. Smith; and Whereas, said Lewis C.
Smith was in debted to Aaron Cohn of Cincinnati, Ohio, in the
sum of $ 600.00, evidenced by certain promissory notes, which
said notes were secured by a Mortgage on real estate here
inafter described; And Whereas, said indebtedness was duly
allowed in said United States Court, in Bankruptcy, as a
secured claim for $ 600.00; and Whereas, said real estate
was appraised in said Bankruptcy matter at $ 400.00, and
Whereas, the said Trustee in bankruptcy did not desire
to pay off said secured claim and redeem said real es-
tate, and said trustee was duly authority by Order of
the Referee in Bankruptcy in said matter, upon petition
of said Aaron Cohn, to execute to petitioner, Aaron Cohn,
a good and sufficient deed of conveyance, conveying to
said Aaron Cohn, the real estate hereinafter described, in
full satisfaction of the said secured claim of said Aaron
Cohn, and of any unsecured claim growing out of said
secured claim:
Therefore, Know All Men By These Presents, that C.R. Lay-
ton, as Trustee in Bankruptcy for L.C. Smith, Bankrupt, for
and in consideration of One Dollar, and the premises afore-
mentioned, to him in hand paid by Aaron Cohn, of Cincin-
nati, Ohio, the receipt Whereof he does hereby acknowledge
has granted, bargained; sold and conveyed, and by these
presents does grant, bargain; sell and convey unto him,
the said Aaron Cohn, all that certain lot, piece; extract or
parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, particularly described as fol-
lows, to wit:- Beginning at the South-east corner of Block
five (5), range five (5), Original survey of Gainesville, and
run thence North fifty (5) feet to point of beginning of
the Lot herein conveyed; from said beginning run thence
west seventy (70) feet, thence North fifty (50) feet, thence
