Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Twenty Five Dollars, in hand paid
by the said part of the second part, the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged, have remised; released and quit-claimed, and
by these presents do remise; release and quit-claim unto the said
part of the second part, and heirs and assigns forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said part of the first
part have in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel
of land, to-wit: Lot C. and 2/3 of Lot B. in the Town of La Crosse
according to the map which is now on file in the Clerks Office
of Alachua Co. Fla. Beginning at S.W. corner and running E. on
line dividing Lots B.& C. 273 ft, thence N. 112 ft, thence W. 273 ft,
to the NW corner of Lot C. thence S 102 ft. to the point of begin-
ning at the S.W. corner of Lot B. on Church St in the Town of
La Crosse and running E. 182 ft. thence N. 98 ft. thence W. on line
dividing lots B.& C. and running W 182 ft, thence S. 98 ft. to point
of beginning being the property in La Crosse, Fla. on which the
kin house erected by J.E. Haynsworth for R.A. Turner estate ow
stands To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatever of the parties of the first part, either in
law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever.
