less 14.28 acres sold to Mrs Fanny B. Stone, containing One
Hundred fourty-four (144) acres, more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and to hold the same, the above-described and hereby-
granted premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party
of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns, to his own
proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
And the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant to
and with the said party of the second part, her heirs and as-
signs, that in all things in and about said sale and this con-
veyance he hath conformed to the order of the Court and the
Statutes in such case made and provided.
In Witness Whereof, the said party of the first part has hereunto
set his hand and seal on this the day and year first above
written.

sonally appeared Mrs Anna Clouse well known to me, and
known to me as the individual described in and who execut-
ed the foregoing deed of conveyance, and acknowledged that
he executed the foregoing deed, as guardian aforesaid, for
the purposes therein expressed.
