This Indenture, Made and entered into on this 24th day of March
AD 1913, by and between F.M. Brannon and Augusta W. Brannon his
wife; of the aforesaid County and State, parties of the first part, and
W.T. Roberts, party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said
parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
($ 10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, convey-
ed and confirmed, and by these Presents do grant, bargain, sell,
alien, convey and confirm unto W.T. Roberts the said party of the
second part, all of that certain lot or lots, piece, tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua State
of Florida; and more particularly known, distinguished and describ-
ed as follows, to-wit: Lot No. Twenty-two (22) of Block No Four (4)
in that certain sub-division to the City of Gainesville, Florida, known
as "University Heights", according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book "A", at page 99 thereof, of the Public Records of Alachua County,
State of Florida.
Together with all and singular the rights, tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing.
To Have And To Hold the same to the said W.T. Roberts, party
of the second part, his or their heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns forever.
And the said F.M. Brannon and Augusta W. Brannon, his wife,
parties of the first part, do hereby fully warrant the title to
the said land herein and hereby conveyed, and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
The said W.T. Roberts, party of the second part, for himself or
themselves, and his or their representatives, heirs, executors, admin-
istrators and assigns; owner of, any of the said lot or lots here-
in and hereby described and conveyed, covenant and agree that
no building or buildings shall hereafter be erected on the said
lot or lots herein and hereby conveyed, to be used for any of-
fensive occupation, and that there shall not be allowed or erected
on any part of said lots of land any brewery or saloon, slaugh-
