her said husband, and acknowledged that she signed, sealed and
delivered the said Deed of Conveyance for the purpose of releasing,
relinquishing and renouncing all of her dower, right of dower and
interest of any and every nature and character whatsoever in and
to the said land therein and thereby conveyed.

This Indenture, made this 26th day of February AD 1915, be-
tween W.S. Broome Special Master in Chancery, of the First
part, and S.H. Wienges of the second part.
Whereas, the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of the
State of Florida; in and for the County of Alachua, in Chancery,
on the 28th, day of May, AD 1913, among other things ordered,
adjudged and decree, in a certain cause therein pending in
the said Court, between D.C. Gammage, Complainant, and Eduard
Brown and Martha Ann Brown, his wife, defendants, and that
the mortgage premises mentioned in said decree, and herein-
after particularly described; be sold by said Master, at Public
Auction, the said Master first giving four weeks notice of the
time and place of sale, in a newspaper published at Gainesville, 
Florida, to-wit: Daily and Semi-Weekly Sun.
And, Whereas, the said Special Master, W.S. Broome, and party of
the first part, to these presents, in pursuance of the said Order
and decree of the said Court in Chancery did; on the 7th, day
of July AD 1913, sell at public auction the said mortgaged prem-
ises, hereinafter particularly described, having first given previous
notice of the time and place of sale, with a description of said
premises agreeable to the Order aforesaid; at which sale the said
mortgaged premises, hereinafter particularly described, were sold
to the said party of the second part for the sum of one hundred
