said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever, the following described land in Alachua
County, Florida, to-wit: Lot Four (4) Blk. Eight
(8) and Lot Nine (9), Blk. Ten (10) In Townsite of Mic-
anopy Junction According to recorded plat in Plat
Book A, page 97 in Circuit Clerk office of said
County and State. And the said party of the first part
does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever. In Witness Whereof, The said
party of the first part has hereunto set his hands and
seal this the 18" day of April AD 1914.
